Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international gastronomic society that joins amateurs and professionals in the quest to celebrate the “pleasures of the table”. When you are in residence of your Chateau, you are entitled to the benefits of participating Chaine des Rotisseurs* dining events. Members can attend private, fine dining events in the best local restaurants and hotels: the menus and dishes are created exclusively for the society members. Many of the events are black tie affairs. Less formal engagements such as picnics and barbecues may also be on the social calendar. When patronizing Chaine member establishments, you can expect a special welcome. Chaine des Rotisseurs membership is by invitation only. Typically each chapter does have a waiting list for new member invitations.
