Carl G. Berry
Mr. Berry is CEO of Star Resort Group, the nation's oldest fractional/private residence club development and marketing company. Star's projects include The Front Four, Stowe VT, the Snowmass Club, Aspen CO, the Northstar Club, Lake Tahoe CA and the Cottages at the National Golf Club, Pinehurst NC.
Additionally, Mr. Berry is a former Chairman of The American Resort Development Association ("ARDA") and a member of its Board for over 18 years. Previously he served as the Chair of the ARDA International Foundation Educational Institute, the Meetings Committee and the National Timeshare Council.

Jon Haahr
Mr. Haahr is the Senior Principal of Silver Portal Capital, one of the nation’s leading real estate investment bankers. He has been managing underwriter, placement agent and advisor in over $12 billion of equity, debt and financial advisory transactions for the real estate industry from 1992 to the present, involving well over 100 transactions. He has significant background in advising and raising private capital for leading companies in the industry, including: a $150 million equity joint venture for retail REIT Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC).

Prior to forming Silver Portal Capital, Mr. Haahr was Co-Head and Managing Director of Real Estate Investment Banking for First Union Securities (now Wachovia Securities). He also founded and ran the Real Estate Lodging and Leisure Group at EVEREN Securities (successor firm to Kemper Securities) from 1991 until joining First Union.

Ann Murray-Randolph
Ms. Murray-Randolph is the publisher of the New Real Trends Publication, lore magazine, Lives of Real Estate. She is a senior- level marketing professional and partner in Murray Consulting. Prior to building a practice in real estate consulting, Anne had 18 years of line management experience in marketing and new product development at Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Murray-Randolph has a BSc. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Keith B. Romney
Mr. Romney originated the condominium concept in the United States 45 years ago. Among other things, he is a former Chairman of ARDA and the National Timeshare Council. He was an adviser to John D. Rockefeller in the development of certain Rock Resorts properties, a partner of William Marriot Sr. in the Camelback Resort, Scottsdale, Arizona, and a nationally recognized condominium developer and consultant.
